Interesting... I agree that it is fairly complex with the way you have to redeem the points.

I think it would be cool if you could redeem 1,000 in points ($1) for smaller purchases up to $10 and then if you "save" your points for a larger purchase then you get a small discount in points. Does that make sense? Like if you have a $7 purchase, then redeem 7,000 points.

I thnk they need to change the whole "when you redeem points you can't earn points" I think if I want to redeem my points on something that gives points I should still get them.

That would be a couponers dream/a gold mine for us. I don't see that happening anytime soon unless its via promos of use $10 in point, get 2500.
